All being well my old school chum and erstwhile fellow Mr Bookham will be here tomorrow. It's a fair trek from Maine and I wish him safe travelling.
I have long been a fan of the show 'Dad's Army' and have sometimes thought how it would have been had Bookham and I been called upon to stand by the nation's defences during it's darkest hour.
Any excuse for a picture of Capt Mainwaring (Weasel) and Sgt Wilson (myself).

No, not having it. Mainwaring/Wilson is NOT the nature of our relationship. If anything, I aspire to be Fraizer. And you don't get to appoint yourself the coolest character in the show while suggesting I'm the lamest. Thats really a job for external forces- in a way, its as sad as giving yourself a 'cool' nickname and encouraging other people to use it.
Keep this up and I'm off to sleep on Listo's couch.
Fraser, You're damn right. It was a shallow move and just an excuse to use those pictures. I shouls have waited for a better reason to use them.
