What would you say if you discovered that your Dad had convinced his son in law to open up the home of a friend who happened to be away so that said Dad could watch the FA Cup semi final on the massive widescreen telly?

I'd say that you need to buy your dad a ginormous wide screen telly for Father's Day.
Alas, Mother is against the idea of television and refuses to alow the silver fox to A) buy a bigger telly and B) subscribe to a decent cable/sports network (She only believes in Radio 4).
So it's friendly break-ins from now on, It does make for amusing pensioner related footy viewing.

I'd say you have a cool dad just keep him away from social services
