The problem is you gave them the pink-coloured form when they needed the rose-coloured one so now they have to go back to Norwich to get authorisation from district in Peterborough to contact regional in Ipswich in order to have the salmon-coloured form issued so they can reissue you a pink coloured form. And remind them again: was it a telephone-slash-broadband connection you were after, or was it a gas cooker?
